Concise Terms and Conditions
Bookings will be guaranteed with the details of a current credit or debit card.
If you need to cancel the booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to re-let the accommodation no charge will be made.
Cancellations must be made, in the first instance, by telephone.
We ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.
We take every care to provide a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our guests, however each guest has their own duty of care for their own safety, and that of other guests.
Cheques for pre-payment shoud be made to Beechwood Guest House. We regret that as the major banks no longer support the cheque guarantee scheme, personal cheques will not be accepted as payment on departure.

Arrival time is normally after 4.30pm, however we are flexible and if you let us know your time of arrival we will be here to welcome you.
