Concise Terms and Conditions
Bookings will be confirmed with the payment of a none returnable minimum deposit of £10.00 per person.
If you need to cancel the booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we will return the deposit.
Cancellations must be made, in the first instance, by telephone.
Arrival time is normally after 4.30pm, however we are flexible and if you let us know your time of arrival we will be here to welcome you.
We ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.
We take every care to provide a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our guests, however each guest has their own duty of care for their own safety, and that of other guests.
Cheques made payable to Beechwood Guest House.
